FAQ
-
What areas do you service?
We provide lawn care throughout Long Beach, Lakewood, and nearby neighborhoods. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our range, just send us a message and we’ll let you know. goes here
-
How does your pricing work?
We charge a flat monthly rate based on how often your lawn is serviced (weekly, biweekly, or once a month). Since some months have more weeks than others, your monthly fee adjusts slightly depending on how many visits you receive.
-
What services do you offer?
We handle lawn mowing, edging, trimming, artificial turf cleanup, pet waste removal, and general yard upkeep. We also offer hedge trimming and larger cleanups, which are quoted separately based on the scope of work.
-
Do I need to be home during service?
Nope! As long as we have access to the yard and any gates are unlocked, you don’t need to be there. We’ll take care of everything and let you know when it’s done.
-
What happens if it rains?
We’ll usually wait for the weather to clear and catch up as soon as possible. If it’s too wet to safely mow, we’ll either reschedule or skip the visit and adjust your invoice accordingly.
-
How do I pay?
Invoices are sent out at the end of each month, and payments can be made securely online using the link in your email or text. We accept most major payment methods.
-
Can I skip a visit?
Sure — just let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can update the schedule. If a visit is skipped without notice, your next one may require extra time and be billed accordingly.
-
Do you offer one-time services or cleanups?
Yes, we do! One-time cleanups and special projects are available depending on the season and schedule. Just reach out and we’ll get you a quote.
-
Do you handle sprinkler repairs or installations?
We don’t handle sprinkler installations or repairs, but we’re happy to take a quick look and let you know if something looks off.
-
How do I get a quote?
Reach out with your address, how often you’d like service, and which services you need. We’ll take a look (usually using Google Earth) and send over a quote — no need for an in-person visit in most cases.
